Nutrition Panel 1 protein determination

I'm receiving the following rejection on publication

Nutrition Panel 1 Nutrient Protein total method of determination unknown (PRO-) or Protein total determined by direct (PROA) is required for Food product

I can't seem to find where I can correct this issue?

I should have waited until the worklist came back. I'm still getting the same result. Any ideas?

Good Morning. I have since tried to use the "less than" instead of "about" as there is no protein in this item and it is still being rejected. PFG suggested that I use 0, but that hasn't worked either.

Hello AngieR,

If you enable the All Populated Playlist this will change your Nutritional view to allow you to select the proper code. Once you have the All Populated Playlist enabled, scroll to the bottom of the Nutritional you have populated, and click the + on the Nutrient Detail line to add another Nutritional:

Hello,

You're still receiving this error due to the information not matching on all levels of the hierarchy. Nutrients are technically ONLY required on the "Each" unit. However, since you have them populated on both the "Case" & "Each" both levels of the hierarchy will need to contain the exact same nutrients. Please add an additional line item to the "Each" GTIN for Nutrient Detail to populate "PRO-" Protein on the each level as well. Once the Nutrients match on both levels of the hierarchy please "Save" & "Validate" on both levels of the hierarchy to allow a Change By Refresh.
