Hello @S_Fatla and thank you for reaching out via our customer community. Welcome. Based on what I see, it looks like you could create a Case-only hierarchy as you do not have individual sellable units contained in the Case.

How do I get someone to valid the data in the hierarchy fields that I have entered on an item? Here is a GTIN: (Case) 10079041743211 and (Each) 00079041743214

If there are 10 of these sleeve packs per case, 4 steaks per sleeve pack did the data in the hierarchy information area get entered correctly for the case and each?

I took a look and your item hierarchy validates. See below. Based on what I see, if the sleeve of 4 steaks is an Each and you have 10 eaches in a Case then it looks to be setup correctly.
