What does it mean? 9999: Data Recipient GLN is not a Data Recipient in our Data Pool.

Good morning!

I am getting in my "Synchronization Errors" a lot of message saying "9999: Data Recipient GLN is not a Data Recipient in our Data Pool." from 2 recipients but I have never published my product information to them...

How can I resolve my synchronisation error on 69 of my products....

For each of my products, I get the same error message as mentionned above from the same 2 recipients

Hello and welcome to the community. Can you you provide me a couple of example GTINs and the report you are looking at so I can investigate for you?

Hello, I am still looking into this for you. I have a theory on the issue and need to discuss with our Application team but they are unavailable today and tomorrow as they are in our release maintenance windows.

Good morning. I took another look this morning at GTIN 10034700501441 and no longer see that error and only see some trading partners requested you send it again via a refresh. I did that for you today (Saved again) so please check back in a couple of hours and let me know if you encounter any other issues.
