Submitting records to GUDID

I have been trying to submit records to the FDA for over a week and they d not go through. I only receive the first acknowledgement which means they were sent. No acknowledgement from the FDA.

Hello and welcome to the 1WS customer community. Thank you for reaching out. Are you experiencing an issue in Prod, Pre-Prod, or both? We are working on an AS2 update with the FDA which is likely impacting some response times. We met with them late last week and am hoping to get it resolved with them very, very soon. I will update here as soon as we do.

I am publishing records to GUDID in Production. It's been over a week since these were submitted and we have received NO acknowledgements from the FDA.
