Dear support desk,

I found out that my error connected the issue. In 1worldsync database, Item showed up by the H: Item name, but FDA, GUDID showed up CE: Alternate Item Identification ID. I made typo in CE: Alternate Item Identification ID, and that was why LDS-32009 never showed up in GUDID.

However, it already passed the grace periods, and I uploaded the data today, it remained under "review" status in CIC Status.

I tried manually change the GUDID database, but it does not allow it..

I want to revise the CE: Alternate Item Identification ID

Can you advise me how to manage it?

What I did today is as below:

I revise the data, checked in the pre-prod.

I uploaded in production.

I wanted to ask if you used the instructions to UNLOCK the item first before trying to change the attribute. You have to actually unlock the GUDID in order to make changes, did you follow these instructions?

Actually I received the same suggestion from GUDID Help desk, and yes, after unlocked, I re-processed the upload in production, and it worked.
Now, all the problem has solved!
