topic LDS-32009 in Ask A Question for FDA GUDID

I uploaded the data in Pre-prod, and got data synchronized, so uploaded to the Prod. However the data stayed "Received" status, and not synchronized for a week now.

What should I do now?

I see 3 other GTINs that were published to FDA on 03/12 that have a Synchronized CIC, however, GTIN 14580708063253 is still in Received status, can you Republish this GTIN to the FDA, I know there was a change made to their connection on 03/12 so perhaps this GTIN got stuck somewhere in the process.

Thank you for your advise. I republished the GTIN, however it is still received status.

You pointed out that 3 other GTINs that were published to FDA on 03/12, this is not correct. 2 other GTINS related to LDS-32013 are published and I can reach GUDID but 2 GTINs are not reachable, even 1 got synchronized status.

Should I republish 2 of them?

Welcome back to our online community, I have reviewed the sheet you included.

Three of the GTIN on the sheet have been synchronized and 14580708063253 has been received. The FDA GUDID may need time to synchronize the item. you could contact the FDA GUDID help desk on the status of the publication.
