Shipper hierarchy

Is the below the correct GTIN Identification and hierarchy if selling a Shipper/Display (retail Unit) with mixed cases (retail units) of product associated and eaches (consumer unit) included?

There is some confusion with regards to the indicator digit on a shipper - does it have to be between 1-8 or can it also be a 0 or is 0 reserved for consumer units only?

Hello and thanks for reaching out to the Community. The indicator digit can be between 0-8 for any level of the hierarchy. The restrictions for the indicator digit would be 0 for the consumer unit and 9 if it is a variable-weight item.
