Daily Value Intake Reference is required on consumer units Wakefern

Good Morning,

I am having trouble publishing to Wakefern as it is asking me to fill in Daily Value Intake Reference, but I cannot find this anywhere on the form.

Additionally, it is also asking for Consumer Storage, which I have filled in, but it doesn't recognize it.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
