DC Alt ID not appearing in public list but appears in public catalog

Hi,

I am having trouble with the DC Alt ID not appearing in my public lists; however, the attribute appears in my public catalog. I would like to use the public list instead of the public catalog, is there any way that I can get the DC Alt ID to show up?

Is there a setting that has been turned off?

Hi Julie,

Thank you for your prompt response to my question and moving my post to the correct area. I wasn't able to find the Digital Catalog discussion area when choosing a board.

An example GTIN is: 09421906017595

I cannot see the DC Alt ID in my favorites list - public list, but it appears on the homepage and on my public catalog.

Hi @minhlam! Thank you for providing that example item. I did review your templates in Digital Catalog, which are editable so that you can choose which attributes are seen when a List is sent. Your current templates seem to be missing the Alternate Classification.

Start by selecting Studio Editor:

Then select Template Creator:

Once you have gotten into the Template Editor, select your Template, and then you can select the 'Edit' option over any section you want the attribute to be a part of:

Lastly, you can enter the desired attribute to be added to the Template.

Once this change is saved, any item List that uses this template will include the new Alternate ID attribute that you wish to add.

Hi @Montavio, thank you for the response. However, I believe you are talking about the Alternative ID attribute appearing on the Product Details page.

My issue is that the Alternative ID is not showing on the homepage of my public list. However, the same favorites list in the public catalog shows this Alternative ID (renamed as Aroa product #). I've attached images below for reference of what I am talking about.

Hi @minhlam ! I just came across this and would like to let you know that this issue has been addressed with Digital Catalog's March release. This went to PreProd on March 15th, 2024, and it will go to Production this Saturday, March 23rd.

You will be able to see your DC Alt ID column in the Public List as expected after Saturday's release.
