Hello,

My items were integrated over the new Kroger API and already have IMF's. I just want to update imagery and information. How do I do this?

Thank you for using our Community, and welcome! 👋

If your items were recently migrated and you already have IMFs, you will still need to follow the new Kroger API publication process.

Here’s a quick overview of the steps:

1. Publish to the Kroger API Certification Queue

Publish your item/hierarchy to the Kroger API Certification Queue GLN: 0838016000123.

Before publishing, please make sure all required data is complete and accurate and that there is no missing information that could prevent the item from synchronizing successfully.

For additional guidance, please refer to the Kroger API playlist.

2. Monitor the Sync Status

Wait for the CIC to be returned in the Sync Status report from the Kroger API Certification Queue.

If the CIC is a REJECT:
Review and correct all errors listed in the REJECT CIC message. Once the errors are resolved, REPUBLISH the item by going to Menu → Publications → Manage Publications.
If the CIC is SYNCHRONISED:
The system will automatically publish the item to the Certified Items for Kroger API queue.

3. Check the Worklist

Once the item is automatically published to the Certified Items queue, check the Worklist to confirm that the Publication Add has:

A COMPLETED status
No Data Validation Errors

If any Data Validation Errors are triggered, they will need to be corrected. The item can then be manually published to the Certified Items for Kroger API queue again.

4. Track the Certified Items Publication

Once the publication to the Certified Items queue has been successfully added, you can use the Sync Status report again to track the publication status and CIC.

The CIC may be a REVIEW, which will require additional updates, or SYNCHRONISED.

5. Receive Your IMF

Once you receive a SYNCHRONISED CIC, the IMF will be included in the CIC message. (If you do not need an IMF then you just leave the submission reason code empty)

Thank you for the information. I did that and I continue to get one error that no matter what I do, it keeps coming back.

00860001545715: R02063: 6 "Product Images" - Exactly 1 Required Primary Front and up to 5 additional UNIQUE Facings ( Back, Left, Right, Top, Bottom).

3. KRO:167: If Consumer Unit Indicator is True and Digital Asset Type Code equals Product Image, Image Background must be Transparent or White

I have selected white multiple times. Also it does not tell you which image it is referring to so that is also confusing.
