Hi,

I submitted three items this morning, through Product Introduction, to Kroger. Its been a couple of hours and there are no new comments for the submissions

00054800424375 Ben's Ready Rice Core 72ct Display

00054800425570 Ben's Ready Rice Variety Quarter Pallet 224 Count

00054800450091 BEN RDYRC VTY 72CT DISPLAY

Can you please help us with the GLN the items are published from, please? We noticed they are registered under GLN 0054800000005 with GS1 US but we unfortunately are unable to find them in Product Introduction under this GLN. Thank you.

I've been advised that they are published from GLN # 0054800000012

Hi @jenpeters ,

I see 00054800424375 & 00054800450091 are in a Complete status in VIP, and 00054800425570 is in an In Process Supplier status, but has a Kroger CIC State = Synchronized

Please let us know if you're still experiencing any issues.
