&lt;P&gt;I reviewed your GTIN hierarchies and noticed that the errors are related to WERCS, which is preventing successful submission to Kroger.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Currently, your WERCS Product Classification is set as 'Personal Care Product.'&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I just came across your post and was wondering if you had been able to take care of all these error messages.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Primary Contact Name, Email and Phone Number are usually your company's information.&amp;nbsp; In this case, the name would be yours since you're the one entering the info.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I usually reach out to our brokers/distributors who are requesting the publication to get the information on the Region, Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price, Price Basis, Event Type, Kroger Item Submission Reason Code and Kroger Sales Event.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As far as the Gtin Model, I usually pick "NO" for Model Gtin Exists and this should take care of that error message.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have attached a screen shot showing how to unhide extra attributes so that you can find where the Proposition 65 are is.&lt;/P&gt;
