Requirement for organic & ingredient statement

I have a validation error in Kroger that says:

KR15921 Organic Claim and Ingredient Statement are required if Consumer Unit is No on a Base Unit within an Item Hierarchy when Type of Labeling = None and Product Classification = Non-Edible (Human or Animal). Item (50075141426564)
However, I am not entering a food item. There is nothing to claim for this. This is a one level hierarchy, case only. How do I answer this?

I should have added that it is not for resale to a consumer. For use in cleaning the store.

The Organic Claim field gives you a "NO" option. For the Ingredient statement, the list of ingredients for your product should be listed.

Thank you, Ana. However, I am not sure I understand about the ingredients. This is not a food product and it is not for Kroger to sell to consumers. It is only for store use for cleaning floors. It is a floor pad, not a chemical product. Why would we need to list any ingredients? Also, if needed, how do we contact the Kroger Supplier Engagement Group?

The validation error indicates that Kroger expects the list of ingredients to be shared for this product type. Please reach out to your customer for additional information as to why this is necessary for them or if a list cannot be provided.

Thank you. Yes, it helps. I did go ahead and enter some basic information that is in our literature in that space. It validated, but I have not submitted it as I have several more items to top off. Thank you for the contact information, also.
