revising upc codes for existing items

Hi,

I am trying to revise the upc codes for existing items in item management, but the Item ID is greyed out and i cannot revise it. Can you please advise how i can do this in item management?

Hello @MARKEDWARDS, and welcome back!

The Item ID field cannot be edited, so the new ID will have to be created in IM, instead. The easiest way to do this is to use the Clone functionality. You can find the steps on how to clone an item HERE or HERE.
