I need to enter data in the VIP for region and distribution type. However, 2 of the warehouse locations that we ship to are not listed in the dropdown lists for the regions. I am not sure how to move forward as I can't verify the region, since they could each be one of two regions, nor can I see the location in the list. I have queried the contact we have, but they did not have an answer. Any help is appreciated.

One is Kroger in Portland (it was formerly a Peyton location), TN, and the other is Peyton Phoenix, AZ. My records show Portland as 86 and Phoenix as 185. We also do King Soopers in Colorado, but I found that one on the dropdown list. Here is what I am seeing in VIP. An additional, unrelated question - is there a place in IM or VIP to add our stock code/item number that is different from the GTIN Item ID? I am sure I must just be missing it somehow. Thanks.

Hello @nj73,

You can select 'ALL REGIONS' and use either 'Local Warehouse' or 'Regional/Peyton Warehouse'. This will ensure your GTINs are routed to the correct Kroger team so they arrive at Portland and Phoenix.

*Kroger may have added new stores/warehouses, but the regional teams ensure all products are routed to the correct locations. As long as the region is selected, your GTIN is good.

If your Stock Code/Item Number is different from the GTIN, you can add an Alternate Item Identification ID in Item Management.

Under Alternate Item Identification:

Alternate Item Identification Agency = Assigned by Manufacturer
Alternate Item Identification ID = Stock Code/Item Number

The Alternate item sounds good. I will do that. Thanks. And the local or Peytons sounds good.

However, regarding "all regions", will I be able to enter different pricing? Each location has its own pricing. I am sorry I didn't think of that option or I would have added that information.

If you have different pricing, you can list the same region twice. Just ensure to check only the locations in that region with the corresponding price.

That seems to bring me back to the original issue. I don't see the correct locations. What do I choose for Portland and Phoenix?

Phoenix AZ stores are part of the FRYS chain, which is located in the Mountain Region.

Portland, TN stores are supplied from Nashville, which is located in the South Region.
