Hello @MARKEDWARDS Thank you for reaching out to our customer community. Welcome.

To update your hierarchy links, you would need to unlink the item for which the quantity updates and then click Update Hierarchy. I have attached the link to how you can do so How to unlink items in Item Management

After which you would need to re-add the GTIN with the new quantity back. Attached is a link that will help to update your hierarchy How to link products in Item Management

Please make sure that you follow the steps provided on the documentation attached. If you encounter other errors when trying to update the links attached is another article that will help you with a different link error Item Management Link Error - Parent Link GTIN Duplicate Child Links

Hi there
I recently faced an issue regarding upload my sheet to Product page, and style 75552J-AE has faced problem with being uploaded properly, and no cell is being uploaded properly, beside an error for "LIGHT BLUE" color, although the color is in the list, but I list it as other and uploaded again, now it's working and submitted it. I just need to know the issue for future purposes. I will attach my previously uploaded link. Thank you very much.

Welcome back to the 1WS Kroger Community!

You're receiving an error for 'LIGHT BLUE' due to incorrect formatting.

The correct format is LIGHT_BLUE. You need to use an underscore '_' between words in the SDL, just like you do with size (e.g., EXTRA_LARGE).

Once you update it to LIGHT_BLUE and save, the error will be resolved.

Thank you so much, you are absolutely right. I have another question, as I haven't uploaded the correct hierarchy and needs to be changed. I've already unpublished them and need to be edited in IM page. but I can't delete or modify it. Can you give me a solution through fuze sheet and website itself, how I can change my hierarchy? Thank you again for your help and your time.

Hello @MARKEDWARDS welcome back! Once an item is published and you need to update the link indeed you need to delete the publication and wait 25 hours for that item to be pulled back When Do I Have to Wait 25 Hours to Update My Item/Hierarchy? . After 25 hours you will be able to update the link manually following the attached steps 101 Basic - How to Link Items to create a Hierarchy or using the Fuse file Documentation - FUSE Quick Sheets - 1WorldSync Customer Community

Could you please guide me on how I can change the UPC code right after I submitted the item. Is there any way to do so? I use Fuze sheet. Thank you

Hello @MARKEDWARDS, thanks for reaching back out in the Community. Once a GTIN, the base for UPC creation, is created into the system it cannot be changed. If content has already been entered we would recommend exporting the GTIN, updating it as needed, and importing it as the new correct GTIN.
