Hello i am getting these flags that I'm not sure how to resolve.

KR5450 Model GTIN Exists, Kroger Sales Event Type, AND Kroger Sales Event Code are required when Item Submission Reason Code is populated. Item (00714444008200)
KR1123 A Kroger Sales Event is required. Item (00714444008200)
Any help would be great. My team well be doing DSD deliveries. If there's anything that I'm doing wrong please let me know. Thank you

I've attached the documentation for Kroger Product Introduction Kroger VIP - Reference Manual for GDSN Information Providers that will provide help with the process of submitting to Kroger and any additional information you might need.

From the above reference manual I've attached below the definition for Model GTIN :

A Model GTIN is an example for the buyer/category manager to use when setting up the item in
Kroger’s systems. Providing an appropriate model GTIN for new item submissions accelerates
the approval process and enables accurate processing in downstream Kroger systems

The Model GTIN for a new item hierarchy should be the GTIN of a similar item that has been
previously submitted, approved, synchronized in MDM with a status of “Complete”, and resides
in Kroger’s PID and/or MAGIC product databases.

If this does not apply to your instance, you have the option to put "Model GTIN exists:" as No and leave the "Model GTIN" attribute blank.

Please review chapter 3.3.6 in the reference manual (page 50) for steps on how to populate the Kroger Sales Event. Thank you.
