Editing a published ITEM

I published an each and case pack and then realized I had incorrect GTINs. Am I able to adjust and alter this product? If not how can I delete and start over? I have already assigned the UPC to that product so I can't use a new one.

The GTIN's once added in the portal, they can not be modified. I would recommend cloning the existing incorrect GTIN's to the correct ones, linking and publishing them. So after submitting that question, I realized the GTINS are correct. The issue now is that it won't let me change the value of Base Unit Indicator in the hierarchy once published. Is there a way around this error?

How can I modify the item id of an unpublished item? It is saved but I do not know how to change it.

Hello @marisa, thank you for reaching out to our customer community. Welcome.
The GTIN or Item ID can no longer be edited once it is entered into the sytems. There are tools however to help you copy the existing information to a new item with a different GTIN. If you are in Item Management, you can use the Clone option to copy the information for an already existing item into a new one: How to Clone in Item Management to Create a New Item.
Alternatively, if the item was added directly in Product Introduction, you can use our Spreadsheets to download the existing information and upload the new item by replacing the GTIN in the file. We can help with more resources for these if needed, please (Albertsons: Training Module 17: Spreadsheet Data Loader; Kroger: Spreadsheet Data Loader (SDL) in Product Introduction for Kroger).
