I am trying to import an item - and keep getting this error: What do I need to do to fix it?

PI8207:For Item 10739666000013, the value Pound for the column named Gross Weight & UOM is not contained in the list of valid values: 23, 58, A43, APZ, C18, C34, CGM, CTM, CWA, CWI, D43, DG, E4, FH, GFI, GL, GRM, GRN, HGM, KDW, KGM, KHY, KL, KMA, KNI, KPH, KPO, KPP, KSD, KSH, KUR, LBR, LTN, MC, MGM, NIU, ONZ, STN, TNE, X_DWT, X_NGM. This item will not be processed.
PI6216 : Ordering Unit Indicator must be true for at least one GTIN within a hierarchy.
KR1167 : Kroger Dispatch Unit Promotional Cost is required. Item (00739666000016)

Hi Cincy123! Thank you for reaching out to us via our Customer Community! I have listed resolutions to the errors you are receiving below.

1. PI8207: Value Pound for the column named Gross Weight & UOM is not contained in the list of valid values: 23, 58, A43, APZ, C18, C34, CGM, CTM, CWA, CWI, D43, DG, E4, FH, GFI, GL, GRM, GRN, HGM, KDW, KGM, KHY, KL, KMA, KNI, KPH, KPO, KPP, KSD, KSH, KUR, LBR, LTN, MC, MGM, NIU, ONZ, STN, TNE, X_DWT, X_NGM. This item will not be processed.

FIX: If your item is measured in Pounds, the Unit of Measure on the spreadsheet should be LBR. This is found in column AS on the PI_Item tab.

2. PI6216: Ordering Unit Indicator must be Yes for at least one GTIN within a hierarchy. This is found in Column I on the PI_Item tab.

FIX: The Ordering Unit Indicator should be listed as TRUE for at least one level.

3. KR1167 : Kroger Dispatch Unit Promotional Cost is required. Item (00739666000016)

FIX: The Kroger Dispatch Unit Promotional Cost can be the same as your Kroger Dispatch Unit Initial List Cost, unless you have a promotion for the shipping (dispatch) unit. This is found in Column X of the PI_Hierarchy tab.

I have a similar issue, but not using bulk import. I have the following

KR1167 Kroger Dispatch Unit Promotional Cost is required. Item
KR5453 Kroger Dispatch Unit Promotional Cost is required when Item Submission Reason Code is populated.
I'm not able to find where I need to correct this issue. VIP or IM.

On the Kroger Hierarchy tab, ensure to include your CASE cost within the Kroger Dispatch Unit Promotional Cost section, highlighted in GREEN.
