Kroger - Issues with Validation

Good afternoon,

I'm having some issues getting two items to Validate it's generating the following error:

00850053668104:CIC999:Item Returned for Review:DATA INTEGRITY ISSUE WITH SETUP INFORMATION|DATA INTEGRITY ISSUE WITH SETUP INFORMATION

These items were all cloned from the same template - two items submitted correctly and two were rejected with the following error.

Hi welcome to our online community! The error means there is something wrong with the content you are submitting. The case is this an item that can be scanned at the point of purchase?

You have UPC A on a case, UPC A typically is found on items that can be scanned to purchase.

Can you confirm that piece for us?

The case isn't something to be scanned at purchase.

What Data Carrier Type Code should I use instead?

The attached Barcode chart will show you which barcode is on your case. Once you change that and then submit it again.
