Sure thing. It is for a hat. We are trying to get the each set up and then a hierarchy for a case pack of qty of 6. GTIN is 00197983784963.

I went ahead and attached a screenshot of the definition for that attribute.

You would need to populate the "Non Promotional Item" field with a GTIN, that is why you are receiving the validation error as it can only contain a 14 digit number.

Please keep in mind that the attribute is not needed if your item does not belong in the following categories:

So these are the errors I am getting: The product comes pre-priced so we had to put yes. But it is now saying the below.

KR1014 Non Promotional Item is required if Promotional Type Code is populated, Product is Pre-Priced is Yes, or if Item is Labeled with Cents off Label is Yes. Item (00197983784963)
PI5010 Minimum Order Quantity for this Package Type is required on orderable units. For GDSN items, you may need to correct data in the data pool. Item (00197983784963)
KR10569 Net Content Equivalent UOM Override in Classification Specific Attribute Information pop-up cannot be empty on Base Units. Item (00197983784963)

So I marked Pre-priced as no and that warning message went away. Now there are these:

When it says data pool where is that? Is there a way for me to look up the P15010 or KR10569 codes to know where and how to fix them?

I have attached the article that covers how to resolve KR10569 and KR1034: KR10569 PI5001 KR1034 Net Content and Equivalent Error Messages

For PI5010 you would need to search for the Procurement Information section:

The * Product is Pre-Priced attribute would need to be populated if your product has a price physically on it added by the manufacturer or information provider. Thank you.

We were able to get the validation fixed on the each level. Now we are trying to validate the Case pack, but are getting all of these errors.

KR1177, KR5450, KR15924, KR16315, and KR1123

Is there a class that would be good for these types of errors?

Upon reviewing your GTINs, it appears that you are lacking essential elements required for submission to Kroger on the Hierarchy section.

In your EACH level, the following is missing:

KR16334: Temperature Controlled

Should resemble below:

Attributes:

Image Requirents:

Kroger Product Image Requirements - 1WorldSync Customer Community

EACH level

*Pixels must be 1000 or bigger.

Kindly ensure that all mandatory fields above are updated.

Once finished, you'll have the ability to validate and submit to Kroger.

Thank you, I will look into the class and sign up for that. Do you have any third party companies or consultants that we can hire to help us get everything set up and then we can take it from there? With constant validation errors this is taking a long time to set up and we are under a time crunch to get these products over to Kroger for POs.
