How do I get Kroger must have's added to the item management page so they can be addressed when setting up the product before it is published?

Examples, country of origin, design name, garment color, region, sales event.

Hello,

Welcome to the Community! At this time we do not have a specific playlist titled for Kroger however, when populating the "Basic Item Setup, "Most Popular" , "All Populated" and "Food and Beverage Products" playlist for foods and "Basic Item Setup, "Most Popular" and "All Populated" for Non-Foods this validates your item against Kroger's basic GDSN standards.

Thank you, So then it is normal to have the item attributes in item management all validate and then can be published. But then have this CIC message?

CIC999 Log into 1SYNC Product Introduction, add retailer specific attributes.

Then in Kroger In process-supplier page there is more to add and validate. I was getting lots of errors there and was hoping I could eliminate that step and have it all good before publishing. Just seems like lots of steps to get 1 item submitted.

Hello,

Yes. This CIC is a CIC that indicates your item has flown over to Product introduction error-free. When you receive this CIC you'll simply log into Product Introduction and complete the "Top-Off" process known as your Kroger Hierarchy Data page. The Kroger Hierarchy Data Page are attributes that are Kroger specific and only available in Product Introduction. I've also attached below a link to our Kroger Item Management to Product Introduction training that will show a video of these steps as well.
