DATA INTEGRITY ISSUE WITH SETUP INFORMATION

I continue to get this error on multiple styles that I have uploaded. I uploaded them all the same way and some were approved, but a large amount now have this error. Can someone help me fix this?

I went and reviewed your submissions - I would recommend on the GTINs returned for Data Integrity Issue remove the BLANK image, save and resubmit.

This should clear the issue and completed on Kroger's end.

When I remove the blank image I get this error??

Hello @kvandyke,

The error is due to Image Orientation Type Code.

Image Orientation Type Code should be BLANK.

Once corrected - the error will be resolve.

I corrected the image issue and summited back and continue to get the "data integrity" issue?

Hello @kvandyke,

Since the GTIN in question is both Consumer and Dispatch unit - Invoice Indicator Unit MUST be YES.

Please update, save and resubmit.
