Certification value error message

Hello,

I keep getting this error in item management to add value for the attribute Certification Value. This is under Food and Beverage Diet/Certification. Not sure what value is required here. Can anyone help? Error message says the following "Mandatory attribute(s) or group(s) (Certification Value) not found with the segment". I'm not sure exactly what is being asked here as I have tried multiple things and nothing is working. Thanks.

The attributes above are tied to each other, when populating the Certification Identification and/or Referenced File Type Code the attribute Certification Value becomes required.

I have attached the definitions for the three attributes taken from our IM Participant Dictionary that I believe would be of help ( https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/IM-Participant-Dictionary/Current-IM-Participant-Dictionary-IMPD/ta-p/4023 ) :

Certification Value: The unique identification (ID) that provides a trade item's certification standard value, official licensing number or identification which proves that a product/process has passed the certification procedure.

Certification Identification: A reference issued to confirm that something has passed certification.

Referenced File Type Code: The type of file that is being referenced for example Safety Data Sheet or Product Image.
