Styles submitted to wrong buyer

Hello,

I submitted a style on 9/14, and still have not gotten an approval with the item numbers.

Found out it went to the wrong buyer, how can I get these to the correct buyer, do I need to relist or resubmit?

If yes pls adv how to do that.

Hi STARGIRLJA29,

For any item that needs to be modified in Kroger VIP in a status of In Process-Retailer, please go to the Kroger Hierarchy Data page and select Save Draft:

This will change the status of the item back to In Process Supplier so that you can make necessary updates, validate, then Submit the item again.

Hello,

Ok noted, I was able to change the name of the buyer.

If I need to revised the case pack, is that possible- I just tried and it said I cannot make changes to items already published, is there a go around for that, or does the buyer have to make the change?

Hello @STARGIRLJA29, if you need to change the hierarchy you would need to unlist your items so you can unlink and then link them with the correct quantity, list back and submit.
