Model GTIN Not Valid

Received message that MODEL GTIN cannot be part of the hierarchy and to resubmit with valid GTIN:
00197772029480:CIC999:Item Returned for ReviewMISSING INFORMATION|The Model GTIN that you provided 00197772029480 cannot be one of the items in the hierarchy. Please resubmit with valid model GTIN.

It's not a part of my hierarchy:

How do I correct this?

Hello @eweston and welcome to the customer Community. Thanks for reaching out. I looked and it appears you are an IM user so the best practice is to publish your items from IM to your trading partners in PI rather than creating in PI. Info in PI is just for that recipient and cannot be sent to other trading partners. I see you created this hierarchy in PI.

I looked at your GTIN is now in Complete status so I assume you discovered the answer to your question before we got back to you with a response. Nice work. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

I used PI as I'm working with Kroger and their instructions guide you to login through PI:

Not sure how the GTIN worked itself out as I didn't change anything.

Still having issues with Model GTIN for Kroger, not sure how to resolve.

Welcome back to the community.

The issue you are having is due to how you filled out the Kroger Hierarchy section.

The GTINS are NEW - no Model GTIN exist. The highlighted area above should resemble below:

Model GTIN should ALWAYS be NO.

Please update, validate, and resubmit to Kroger.
