Hi @CommunityJedi22 so after reading the article, I will need to contact 1Worldsync to reset it? Once the this is reset, would I have to resend to VIP from IM? Just want to make sure I am understanding correctly. Thank you.

Thanks for the follow-up. I asked our teams here and confirmed you would actually contact SEG to get this error resolved as there is not a process for us to correct it. I will also update the article I shared with you.
