To resolve this issue, please work directly with the SEG.&amp;nbsp; The Supplier Engagement Team asks that you provide the product status in VIP along with a copy of the scorecard to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;ItemMDMVIP@kroger.com.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Kroger Scorecard</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On the Kroger scorecard, we get a list of items that are shown as missing in VIP.&amp;nbsp; However, when I look these items up in Product Introduction, they appear as complete.&amp;nbsp; I have tried to republish as initial load and submit.&amp;nbsp; However, the next month, the same items appear on the missing in VIP list.&amp;nbsp; How can I get these resolved?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
