I am trying to finally submit my product in Kroger and this keeps popping up

KRDAM16330 Multiple Digital Assets or External File Links with Type of Information equal to "Product Image" and Image Facing equal to "Front" are not allowed. For GDSN items, you may need to correct data in the data pool. Digital Assets (00851034008315_A1N1.png , 00851034008315_A1N1.png). Item (00851034008315)
Please help I am getting a little frustrated with this.

Good morning and thank you for contacting us. Kroger is looking for one front-facing, white background image hosted by one of their preferred vendors that meets their image specifications for consumer units. Are you saying you do not yet have images for your items you are selling to Kroger?
