Image Updating within IM flowing into VIP

We are updating our packaging and are loading new images into DAM through IM. I know these images will flow directly through to Kroger VIP, however I do not know how Kroger gets notified of a new image. Do I need to "submit" the update for our current GTINs that are listed with Kroger within VIP?

Kendra,

When you submit the change, check the item in Kroger's portal to see what the status is. If "In Process Supplier" then validate and resubmit.

Thank you, Kroger should then pick it up and pull image for their eCommerce website?

Yes,

The item status would change it to Completed or Synchronized.
