Kroger VIP- Product Introduction Notification- How to remove users?

Hello,

My sales team has reached out to me asking to remove users from Product Introduction Notification e-mails on Kroger Items who are no longer with the company. I checked and confirmed that they are no longer under 1WS UMA. How do I get those users removed from PI notifications? Is there somewhere within Kroger VIP that this needs to be done?

Kasia,

If you sent a request to technicalsupport@1worldsync.com then our team will go into Product Introduction and remove those users from existing items that are loaded in there.
