Making minor changes without creating a new Imf

Need help understanding how to make minor changes or add images within IM to Items that will affect Krogers VIP. I do not want to create a new IMF, so what is the process for saving this update with creating a new IMF? Thank you

Hello and welcome to the customer community. Thanks for reaching out. You can make updates to your items in IM that are published to Kroger without creating a new IMF number. The best practice is to make your changes and Save without republishing. When you Save an item that is published to a trading partner, they receive the update from you when their master subscription runs. I hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything elose.

When I save in IM, it makes the change in VIP but it also changes the status of that item. For for example: I make a minor change in IM, it flows to VIP. If an item in VIP is in "Complete" status, that small change puts it back into "Supplier" status. Do I just save it there also?

Many attributes can become conditionally required based on values for related attributes. As a result, when you make an update in IM and check PI, validate your PI Item and hierarchy. If it validates successfully, submit it to Kroger again.
