Kroger/Harris Teeter VIP

Received an email about Harris Teeter utilizing 1WorldSync VIP. It states that if we currently use 1WorldSync to continue to submit item info to Kroger for Harris Teeter. We currently do this and complete attributes in VIP for Kroger. However, under FAQ it says to locate Harris Teeter in 1WS/VIP to go to Other Formats and choose Harris Teeter and to choose Division request or the item will go to Kroger's category manager and not to Harris Teeter. My problem - I do not see Other Formats on my VIP page......Any help is appreciated. Thanks as always....

Hello,

This is where the other formats are and you choose Harris Teeter from the Divisions.

We also have Harris Teeter under the Kroger Sales Event as well. You need the first one given your questions.

My screen looks a little different - I do not see the regions listed like your example above. Here is what mine looks like - I chose other formats under geographic regions but nothing else popped up.

Here we go, just complete the line and then hit the plus sign and then you can see the applicable divisions attached to "other formats"
