I received a msg - PI5001 Net Content & UOM (netContent) is required on consumer units and base units for Target Market (US). For GDSN items, you may need to correct data in the data pool.

How can i fix it?

Hello @maggiewong . Thank you for reaching out. Can you provide me an example GTIN and which application you are using? It sounds like you have not yet populated the required Met Content values but would need more info to confirm.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I have attached some screenshots for reference, and it looks like i cannot input the "Net Content & UOM - Vendor" for case, but i have no idea where i can get this fixed.

Hello and thank you for those additional details. In VIP, go to your consumer unit GTIN and look for the area for Class attributes pictured below. That is where you add Net Content and its UOM for every consumer unit.

I cannot find this section in "Case", but only in "Each". That's why the "Net Content" is missing for "Case".

Do you know what i can do here?

I have a follow-up question for you. I see your Case is marked as a Consumer Unit which is triggering that validation on the Case level. Can customers purchase the Case of this product in Kroger stores? If not, Consumer unit should be No which you can correct in VIP.
