ROUNDY'S BULK PRODUCT SYNDICATION ISSUES

We are selling Roundy's (through Kroger's VIP) a BULK product - ie. Case of cookies that are BULK packed.

Our product is commercialized accordingly with ONE GTIN, NO UPC

Roundy's is requiring us to create an inner UPC for the individual cookies inside our case, however, we are not selling the individual cookies, and this item is sold across divisions to many other GDSN customers

We are being told by Roundy's Category Manager that this is required for their Venus system, and to allow them to place a purchase order with us. Has anyone had this dilemma?

We've contacted 1WS help desk, we've contacted Kroger's data support, we've discussed with our GS1 representative, and everyone agrees we are publishing the product accordingly, however, Roundy's can't accept the bulk case publication. Any advice on how to resolve would be much appreciated!

Thank you for the GTIN. Would you be able to fill out the Geographic Region section, resolve any validation errors, and submit the item? This will get the item in a status that we would be able to reach out to Kroger to get more information if needed.

I have asked our sales assoc to complete geographic region and submit. Hoping to have that completed soon!
