Hi,

We have below CIC review error from Kroger, just wanted to know if 1WS would correct this error or some other source. Received response from Item MDM VIP <ItemMDMVIP@kroger.com> in bold below.

70011110078475:CIC999:Item Returned for Review:Consumer items contain specific errors.~00011110078506:CIC999:Item Returned for Review:There is one image that needs review. SOURCE IMP-ONEWORLDSYNC-DS ORIENTATION FRONT REJECT REASON Rejected - incorrect product

Confirm the images listed in 8506 are the correct images for the item and resubmit

Hello and thank you for reaching out via our customer community. i took a look at this for you and based on what I see and the message in the error message, it looks like Kroger is asking you to double-check whether you provided the correct image for your product. I see the product is for Halloween but your image is a nice beach image:
