I just submitted an item for the retailer in Product introduction and it was sent back for review with the legend "ITEM FOUND IN SUBMITTED STATUS" i don't know what this means or what should i correct in order for my process in this part to be completed. Can someone help?

Hello @AndyMunoz and thanks for reaching out. We recommend you contact Kroger's SEG team and ask if there's an IMF assigned in Venus. SEG will provide guidance from there

Hello @AndyMunoz . The IMF is set by the Kroger Category Manager. You can see if an IMF is assigned in the Comments on the item in VIP but that doesn't necessarily mean an IMF has been assigned in Venus. The Kroger specific details are why they ask you to contact their SEG team as they have greater visibility regarding IMFs.
