topic Display (multi-flavor) and individual case set up in Ask a Dot Foods Question

I need support with the set-up of a display to Dot Foods. The display is 36-count display consisting of 4 (9-count) cases but only 3 flavors (one flavor is there twice- the Hawaiian Onion). I've been messing with the hierarchy, and I just can't get it to publish correctly. The Display Hierarchy that I'm trying to achieve is the following:

DS: 00024622572073 > CS: 10024622572063 / 10024622572056 / 10024622572049 (x2) > EA: 00024622572066 / 00024622572059 / 00024622572042

One thing I want to note is that the cases that are inserted on our displays can be sold individually so I'm not sure how the Ti/Hi would be done if I'm also trying to publish these items at a case level. A pallet of displays is 3Ti/4Hi vs a pallet of individual cases which would be 10Ti/8Hi.

These are the Case Hierarchy I'm trying to also set up.

CS: 10024622572063 > EA: 00024622572066 (9)

Re: Display (multi-flavor) and individual case set up

Hello @crod, welcome to the customer community. Thanks for reaching out.

You can set up the Display with a Total Count of 4 (because it contains 4 Cases: 1+1+2) and then link the 3 different Cases (10024622572049 with a link quantity of 2 vs. 10024622572063 and 10024622572056 with link quantities of 1). You can then link the Eaches in their corresponding Cases, please.

If you need to also publish the Cases without the Display, the Ti and Hi will represent how many Cases are on a layer (Ti) and how many layers (Hi) correspond to a Non-GTIN Pallet configuration. For more details in general about addint Ti and Hi information for your items, you can check TI / HI Validations and Validation for TI/HI and Number of Items/Pallet. For both the Display and the Cases please use the Non-GTIN Ti and Hi because you do not have a Pallet level with its own assigned GTIN in the hierarchy.

Please let us know if this helped or if there is anything else we may assist with for this request. Thanks!
