In Pre-Prod we are starting the process of publishing with DOT. on GTIN 10016000321613 we are getting several warnings that I need guidance to resolve. On the package with GTIN 00016000312616 I am getting a warning that:

Serving size is required: the data is there
Serving size description is required: the data is there
NonGTIN Pallet Ti and Hi is required. We have never sent this on a consumer package. It is available on the case. Is this truly required on the package? or is the warning incorrect?

Hello and welcome back. Can you t ell me which Pre-prod GLN you are using and confirm the GTIN?

I am using GLN 0016000110007 and the published GTIN is 10016000312613, the package GTIN is 00016000312616

Thank you for those details. When I add the DOT playlist to your example GTIN, I do see those errors. If you click on each warning it will show you the areas that require your attention. For example, you can see these outlined in orange that are there for some info but not what is showing here:

Regarding the TI/HI, more recipients are starting to request the non-GTIN TI/HI details on the non-pallet levels.
