Images and naming specs

I have a customer (DOT foods) who is requesting "lifestyle" and "open case" images. I have these images loaded into GDSN, but there is not way to call the image "lifestyle" or "open case". Currently our lifestyle images are named "application" image because that is the best choice in the drop down menu. And our open case images are currently listed as "out of packaging" images due to the drop down menu. How do I communicate this to the customer to get rid of their error messages?
