Is there a way to find all the customers that want features and benefits? I am trying to gather information for a meeting.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us via our Customer Community. Please note that there is not a search that can be run to determine which trading partners require Feature Benefits. The simplest way to determine the trading partners that required Feature Benefits is to review their Implementation Guide and search for the attribute, although many do not require this attribute.

For 1WorldSync recipients, you can enable their playlist and that will indicate if they desire to have Feature Benefits added to your product content. Dot Foods is a great example of a recipient desiring Feature Benefits, but not requiring it.

I was looking at their implementation guides but some seem outdated. As for the playlists...I was trying to avoid going through them one by one and trying a validate. But some, like Meijer, validate fine even without the FB's and according to their implementation guide, they would like that. I was just trying to gather information to go to senior leaders and say x amount of customers are asking for this information but I don't think that is going to happen. Thanks anyway.
