Hello!

Reaching out from GLN 0793216000000 about two failed publication attempts (trying to publish to DOT) for the below GTINs. The rest of the batch (round two on the lists) went through alright, but these two were caught somehow. Can you take a peek?

Whenever any of your items fails to sync with the intended retailer(s), the Item History report is the most useful one to go to for the error(s):

For GTIN 00793216090100 we have:

And also there is an identical message for GTIN 00793216090117 as well:

Hello @SchusterSupport and welcome to the customer community. Thanks for reaching out.

I looked at the item history for both items and I see this error for both of them:

655: GTIN has a GDSN Registry Status of (IN_PROGRESS) or (Null). GTIN information that is not yet registered with the GS1 Global Registry cannot be sent in the GDSN Network.

I have seen that message in the item history and it has been an issue for more than 2 days. Val_P has opened a ticket and escalated the issues to the appropriate team.
