My company is looking to make a full time move to Channel Online. We currently use ConnectWise (CW). In CW, when we have to send a customer a Scope of Work, we upload a word document into CW, then in a seperate field we enter pricing. Then CW will output a PDF that includes both. Each SOW is custom.

I can't seem to figure out how to do this in ChannelOnline. I love ChannelOnline for quoting normal products, but the SOW part has me stumped and I can't seem to find any articles on how to do it.

Hello, and thank you for your question! ChannelOnline has a number of ways to upload different documents to orders, and the green Send button is the one-stop-shop to create the PDFs for orders. However, this question may require more depth to figure out your workflow and the best method that may work for your company. Can you please submit a ticket to our Support team via email at cs-col-support@1worldsync.com ? Our support staff will assist as soon as they see it.

Thank you!
