Case and Pack hierarchy

I have successfully uploaded Pack hierarchy. Now I need to upload Case level however my GTIN is same for pack and Case. How do I create a case level?

Albertsons, have many videos to help with the hierarchy. I have attached a very simple document that can show you the basic when creating GTIN for your product. You are also welcome to contact our service desk @866-420-0318 if you need any point clarified.

Yes, finally today. I am suppose to create different starting numbers to create 3 different levels to represent single, pack and case level. All problems resolved.
