I've updated it but received a notification: At least one item in the hierarchy must have an instance of the following Nutritional Values specified Dietary Fiber GTIN00773479292978 At least one item in the hierarchy must contain the following field(s) Has Required Images.GTIN00773479292978 At least one item in the hierarchy must contain the following field(s) Has Each Image.

Nutritional Values specified Dietary Fiber - is ok. There are all the necessary images.

What should be done with all these?

Thank you. Do you mean GS1 Canada? Since the customer we received the notification from is a US customer, I was sure you could clarify.

Hello @Kateryna, yes, from what we can see you are using them as your GDSN provider and they should help identify what is the correct process in updating the information on the mentioned product.

You are correct in mentioning that Dot Foods is a US trading partner and they are our customer, however, the help I could provide in this situation would be to provide you with their documentation and advise you reach out to your GDSN provider to ensure the correct process is followed to update your product.

I've attached the Dot Foods Image Requirements and Implementation Guide which should provide details about their requirements and help you narrow down what you are currently missing.
