How do I explain to a vendor to set up in 1 world a product that will have case and then repack then singles .

Hello @Caren_dee and thanks for using our Community.

Please let them know that they will need to set-up a three level hierarchy. That hierarchy will be created by adding all three levels (Case, Package and Each) in the data pool or in PI depending on what type of subscription they have and then linking them to create the hierarchy for that specific product.

I've attached the documentation we have available for Product Introduction and Item Management. The documentation if very helpful for them to understand how to create item, link, publish/list and submit but if they get stuck, they can always reach out.
