Thank you for the details.

Data Carrier Type Code is tied to what is entered in IM as the GTIN of the item and the following two attributes GTIN for Point of Sale Type Code + GTIN for Point of Sale.

For GTIN 98713734049058, you can not select a value of UPC A because the GTIN was not created as 00 + UPC (00856475007415) and the system will tell you that the GTIN would need to start with a 0. I have verified and there is currently an EACH in your Item Management with the GTIN of 00856475007415 that validates if Data Carrier Type Code is selected as UPC A.

If your product 98713734049058 is a Case, it most likely does not have a unique UPC assigned to it and that is why you would not be able to select UPC A. Most likely the values you would need to add to your product would be :

Data Carrier Type Code = ITF 14

GTIN for Point of Sale Type Code GTIN_14

GTIN for Point of Sale 98713734049058

Please let me know if this helped. Thank you!

Your Case is not currently linked to an EACH so you are missing a Base unit in your hierarchy and as your Total Count of All Products = 12 you would need to link 12 consumer units to your Case.
