Item republication Issue

Hi Community,

My company has made a change and we are now only using 1WS for the Kroger Product Intro option. With that being said, we have run into a problem with an item that was withdrawn through item manement side of 1WS prior to this transition. I am looking to find answers or direction on how I can republish my item in the Kroger Product Intro side of 1WS so that my retailer can see the product. Is this something that someone could help me with?

Hello @masonboedeker. It would depend on the transition made by your company if you are no longer using a Data Pool please see the article below:

If using another Data Pool you would need to create the item in the new Data Pool and publish it to Kroger again.
