The following rule: Pack / Case Quantity - A new SCC# is needed if there is a change to the quantity of cases in a pre-defined pallet configuration. This means that if one material has a pallet quantity of 112 cases and a new material is created with a pallet quantity of 120 cases, the same 14-digit CS-SCC# cannot be used. It must be a new unique GTIN# - does this mean if the GTIN on the existing begins with 100....._ check digit and it changes to 200......different check digit is okay? Or it must be a unique last 4 digits?

Hello @DawnVanWychen and thank you for using our Community!

You are correct, the new GTIN creation is done by it starting with 20 + UPC ( the check digit will change and you can calculate it with the check digit calculator found on the Item Add screen of Item Management). Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
