    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello and thank you for reaching out via our community portal.&amp;nbsp; I am terribly sorry for the delayed response here as I did not see your question.&amp;nbsp; When you create your items and Save, before publishing, almost all attributes can be changed except for one: the GTIN.&amp;nbsp; Once you save the GTIN, there is no way to back back and change it.&amp;nbsp; If you see you made a mistake, you can clone from the erroneous GTIN to create a new one so you do not have to re-enter a bunch of data.&amp;nbsp; Here is a quick video we have that talks about cloning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>GTIN Update</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to update the GTIN on some of our published Albertson's items. Is there a way to change the numbers on the existing items and keep the current CIC number, or do I need to delete the existing item and submit a brand new item with the correct GTIN?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
